There are some situations in my life where the difference between letting go and holding on were the words someone said to me and helped me regain my focus. It is not always the case that a solution is immediately available but just knowing that you are not alone in a situation helps and sooner rather than a later a solution does come.
There are also those situations where you feel there is no solution like when someone has passed away and you just need to talk with someone you can relate to and let go. Some people may not understand what you are going through but there are those that can.
Being able to move on and get over an experience requires you to firmly decide in your mind that you are letting go. Time is a good healer but it cannot make probems go away without you making an effort. Sometimes we have to stand up boldly and walk away leaving it all behind.
It is always easier to talk to someone that has shared similar experience with me because at least they understand me better. I know the words that they are saying have meaning even to them. Whilst people around you may be a shoulder to cry on they might not be able to appreciate the extent of your situation.
You don’t have to buy books for words of encouragement, you can find the same content on some websites. Sometimes you just need to hear some uplifting words so that you start the day on a good note or improve on your confidence. these sites will offer you words of encouragement for whatever you are facing.
